Description
Mission:
Respond for the development and implementation of all processes and planning tools for venues, ensuring the correct alignment with customers and the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games functional planning. Manage the relationship between the venues owners, the operators and the public domain stakeholders.
Main responsabilities/activities:
• Lead the planning process for all venues, assuring the correct alignment with the customers and the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games functional planning.
• Respond for the venues planning, the integration meetings and the venuezation process, managing the evolution of the venue teams, as well as revise and validate the planning content, with the purpose of assuring consistency to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Lead the negotiation process of the venue use agreements, as well as manage the relationship between the venues owners, the operators and the public domain stakeholders, assuring the correct alignment between them.
• Participate in the planning of the Test Events, as well as manage the planning and the deliverables for the event communication, assuring all transparency in the activities.
• Develop and implement a centralized process for the integrated venues planning and schedule, in order to avoid dates and resources conflicts with the planning processes of the other Rio 2016™ other functional areas.
• Manage the communications and issues related to the venues planning, in order to transmit a transparent, agile, democratic and participative communication for the Rio 2016™ collaborators and involved stakeholders.
• Maintain a total integration with the planning area, targeting the participation of the tool development, systems and planning templates, as well as operational plan models, policies and procedures, daily spreadsheets, among others.
• Manage the planning for the staff needs, hiring, trainings and venues infrastructure for integration activities of the games venues, contributing for the venues teams evolutions.
• Lead the risk analysis and vulnerabilities, ensuring that the policies, standards and procedures of Rio 2016™ are respected.
• Ensure the exchanges of experience for venues integration through network connections and partnerships, adopting the best practices identified by the Rio 2016™ and guarantee the knowledge transfer process.
• Manage the budget directed to the integration activities for the Games venues, ensuring excellency and best practices for deadlines, costs and quality.

Description
Mission:
To ensure the integrated planning and the implementation of services and operations inherent to the Rio 2016 Games Services department, including Medical Services, Event and Spectator Services, Arrivals and Departures, Food and Beverage, Cleaning and Waste and Accreditation. To manage budget and resources, while integrating demands and Games clients as well as other functional areas requirements, aiming to excellence in terms of deadlines, costs and quality.
Main Responsibilities/Activities:
• Lead recruitment planning and process and manage relevant issues related to paid staff, volunteers and contractors to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Supervise planning process and the follow-up implementation of Food and Beverage as well as Cleaning and Waste services to be provided to Games clients in all competition and non-competition venues.
• Support planning process of Medical Services, analyzing appropriate implementation of structures and services, foreseeing additional needs in terms of supplies, staff and services.
• Supervise planning process and implementation for Accreditation, Arrivals and Departures and Event and Spectator Services in all competition and non-competition venues.
• Oversee definition process for Event and Spectator Services requirements in all venues and surrounding areas, ensuring the coordination with government authorities.
• Guarantee that the needs and requirements of all Rio 2016™ functional areas are fulfilled, ensuring an integrated analysis and identifying potential opportunities for optimization.
• Identify potential strategic partnerships for the Games Services department, in accordance with Rio 2016™ vision, mission and Games strategic plan.
• Ensure experience exchange practice for Games Services through connections and networks, adopting the best practices identified by Rio 2016™.
• Manage Games Services budget, ensuring excellence and according to established deadlines, costs and levels of service.
